Julie finally began yoga after being recommended for many years, but fighting the urge.  She began with Jivamukti in NYC and her world changed. Things started to line up and her level of stress reduced drastically no matter how busy her life got.  Parts of her body and muscles had been awakened in a different way then anything she had done before. But mostly the ability to focus and breathe and take all ego out of the movement drew her closer to a stronger practice.

   

    After moving to LA, some would call the mecca of yoga, she studied with master teachers Sean Corn, John Friend, Camilla Bergstrum and many other inspiring teachers which led her to find her own way to teaching others.

  

     Adding to her background in Pilates and training, the sense of spirituality, calmness, breath and again focus attracted her to compliment her knowledge and chose Yogafit to learn her teaching, since the focus is based on a user friendly approach.

       

    For those looking to calm down a hectic lifestyle, find your center, ground yourself and release tensions through traditional yoga poses specific to your needs, she teaches in her own style working off of the energy and needs of each particular client.
